- Gift cards never expire and never lose value.
- Bonus cards are a separate redemption — not valid on the same visit as the primary card.
- Bonus cards expire one year from issue date.
- Gift cards are valid for food, beverages, and gratuity in the restaurant, plus catering and private events.
- Bonus cards exclude alcohol, tax, gratuity, and private-event packages.
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Treat them like cash.
- Refunds are not available on purchased gift cards. Email hello@montiprimo.com with any questions.
